On December 17, 2025, the new four-star superior hotel resort Carpe Solem ZOE opened its doors in Kaprun. After nearly eight months of extensive renovation, the main building with its hotel rooms and wellness suites, as well as the two apartment buildings, now present themselves completely renewed both inside and out. Reclaimed wood, high-quality fabrics and materials, timeless design trends, and harmonious color schemes were used throughout.
During the planning phase, special emphasis was placed on creating a comprehensive and diverse offering for families. The in-house restaurant with sun terrace and the hotel bar are open to both hotel guests and local residents. Younger guests can look forward to a spacious kids’ play area in jungle design in the main building, featuring fun games, an interactive play table, and an exciting climbing course. Older children and teenagers will enjoy the teens’ area, which includes a foosball table and an iWall with interactive motion-based games.
The Family SPA features a heated indoor pool and comfortable relaxation lounges, as well as a toddler pool with a small slide and playful water features. The adjacent spa area, also accessible to the whole family, offers textile saunas, a steam bath, and an infrared cabin.
The highlight of the four-star superior hotel resort is the new adults-only rooftop spa. Guests aged 16 and over can enjoy an infinity pool with views of the Kitzsteinhorn, several relaxation rooms, and various saunas with direct mountain views. A fully equipped fitness room, ski and bike storage areas, and a parking facility with charging stations for electric vehicles have also been added.
Thanks to its excellent location near the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area, the Maiskogel ski area, and Lake Zell, the new Carpe Solem ZOE hotel resort is designed as a year-round destination, creating sustainably beautiful holiday moments for the entire family.
